How I work
I work in a calm, straightforward way. I take time to understand the problem properly, explain what’s happening in plain English, and only recommend fixes that are genuinely needed.
I don’t rush, upsell, or apply quick fixes that cause problems later.
Where possible, issues are resolved in a single visit or remote session. If something isn’t cost-effective to repair, I’ll say so clearly and help you decide the best next step.
There’s no pressure to proceed — my role is to give you clarity, not push a decision.
