Yes — you stay in control at all times. You can see everything I’m doing, and I can only connect while you allow it. Once the session ends, I can’t reconnect unless you invite me again.
Remote support uses secure, temporary connections — I can’t access your computer without your knowledge or permission.
What if the problem can’t be fixed?
I’ll tell you upfront if I don’t think I can help — and you won’t be charged.
Do I need to know what’s wrong?
No — just explain what’s happening as best you can, and I’ll guide you through it.
How quickly can you help?
In most cases, we can arrange a session quickly — often the same day or the next.
